The estimated registration is of 200 USD, which will cover coffee breaks, lunches, visits and materials. The registration fee does not cover dinners. We will organize dining out every day on a voluntary basis. The payment method will be installed soon.

Meanwhile please register by sending an e-mail to afvp [at] plan.aau.dk stating that you will attend the meeting. This is very important in order to calculate meals and transportation to Svanholm.

Accommodation

The organizers do not take responsibility for organizing accommodation. These are suggested places to find stay. Please book on time as Copenhagen has a very limited capacity, despite being a tourist destination, or maybe precisely because of that!

Here are some recommendations for cheap accommodation in Copenhagen. From these places you can walk or rent a bike to commute to the university or use public transportation:

http://www.danhostelcopenhagen.dk/en/front-page (around 2km from Aalborg University in Copenhagen)

https://www.cabinn.com/en/inexpensive-hotels-heart-copenhagen (there are various of these in the city: I recommend either City or any of the two in Frederiksberg). All of them quite central.

www.airbnb.com has also good alternative accommodation for Copenhagen.

There are of course all sorts of more expensive hotels that might or might not have special offers, and those are available on the web (booking.com, etc).
