Abstract: In this session we will welcome newcomers, run through the history of our organization and share where we have got to with our thinking. This session was requested in previous years to help newcomers get up to speed with others in the community. It will be a round table discussion and old timers as well as newcomers will be invited to share their views, questions and hopes for the conference.
